RACE COMMENT
OVERVIEW: STORMS COLLIDE (7) won a heat of the New South Wales Derby earlier in the season and he recorded fast time at his first up Melton victory so he should give a forward showing. CAPTAIN PERFECT (12) is resuming since completing five straight victories at Globe Derby in June. He won the Home Grown Classic in a sizzling mile rate of 1.52.2 in December so he will take beating if he is somewhere near his peak. FERRIGNO (3) went back at the start from a wide draw, settled last on the markers and finished off well for an eye-catching third last week. He is much better drawn for this assignment and is capable of filling a place again. BIZZNESS CLASS (4) is a strong pacer, which should give a bold showing from his good draw. GRAYSON RED (5) and ALL DA RAGE (9) are both racing well enough to figure in the finish. EARLY SPEED: 7 (likely leader), 3,4 RATINGS: 7/ 12/ 3,4/ 5,9/ 8
