RACE COMMENT
TRIEDTOTELLYA (10), the state’s premier pacer, looks extremely well placed under the handicap conditions and is likely to start at very short odds. The longer distance suits from the 30-metre handicap and, with even luck, he should prove too classy as he builds toward the upcoming Nullabor slot race. RAY DAN (2) has returned to his best in recent starts and while this is his first attempt from the tapes and he may be better suited to the mile, his form cannot be faulted. CUZZY BRO (1) was back to his best last start and is well placed to run into the placings again with a similar performance. KEAYANG FITZY (8) is the other class runner of the field but would need to rediscover his best form to be a factor.
