RACE COMMENT
MISTER DELWIN (1) showed speed early last start before sitting without cover and being beaten a long way late. He has good gate speed and may be able to control things out in front in this race. He is usually a good leader and can run well again.  SMIRKS LIKA BOSS (7) ran well last start finishing second to Stormtide at this track over the 2040. He should get a good run through in this race on the back of Mister Delwin who is a gate speed horse and from there should be hard to hold out late.  ASCOT SHOWTIME (8) had been racing in good form and is seemingly closing in on another win. She secured a good run off the speed last start and was running on strongly late to be beaten just 3.4 metres. She should get a good run again and will be running into it late.  FAVREAU (9) was a winner five starts ago at Albion Park when finding the front and leading all the way. He generally does his best work up on speed and may be put into the race at some stage.
