RACE COMMENT
KODA DA MODA (8) was forced to do the work outside of stablemate Nellie Joy last time out and ran second there not beaten far. She is likely to appreciate the step up in trip in this race and can look to be driven tough again. DARCYS FIREBALL (7) should get an ideal run through on the back of gate speed horse Nellie Joy. He is a horse that can get a touch keen which should see him suited racing with cover where he can use his high speed late to run into the race. NELLIE JOY (1) was able to lead and win recently at Albion Park to continue on her good run of recent form. She draws well again in this race and might have the speed to drive through and look to lead all the way. PIZZA PRINCE (2) has good early speed but does draw outside a horse with equally good early speed. He is seemingly a horse that needs to be driven with cover when unable to lead and he may look to do that in this field.
