RACE COMMENT

A PERFECT DANCE (3) has plenty of early speed and looks likely to be able to work to the lead in this race past Stormtide who is back up in grade in this race. She did some work and was well beaten when racing off the pegs behind Sensationalize. This race is a lot easier and she should be hard to beat. WELEASE WODDEWICK (4) had things go his way last start in a quickly run race where he was able to nab the 1-1 after starting from inside the back row. He draws less favourably this time and isn’t a horse noted for his gate speed.  MY ULTIMATE FELIX (9) put in a much better run last start when being shuffled back early before running on strongly late into second behind The Rizzler over the 2138. He should appreciate the 2280 journey at Redcliffe and if the race is run to suit he can be running on late.  BETTOR CHEER (1) put in a run last start that had to be seen to be believed. He was tailed off early following a mistake he made at the start. He chased the field hard caught them up and was still somehow able to run third in a race they rated fast time. He finds himself EOD as a result of that error seeing him start from the widest gate which will make things a lot tougher.
