RACE COMMENT
WESTERN BILL (4) has been in brilliant form this preparation running a number of good races in recent outings. He finished off powerfully late last start after getting a long way back in the run and just missed running second behind Warrawee Flyer JEFFCOATE (1) has good early speed and should find himself in front again in this race. He was able to lead last start before copping plenty of pressure there and still battling on strongly to score. He steps up in grade into this race but with a good draw to offset the rise in grade he is still likely to be very competitive. OUR LUCY LOU (7) took on stronger company late last time in and ran well. Her latest race start she finished down the track to Arrive who showed on Saturday she is one of the best Mares in the state. She should get a good run through early and can be hard to hold out late.  MY ULTIMATE VICTOR (3) has been racing consistently without having quite been able to break through for another win. He got a long way back last start and finished off strongly into fourth behind Warrawee Flyer.
