If he brings those manners and temperament he can go back-to-back. JACKIES GIFT (10) has had three runs since coming from NSW and was a good winner two runs back. She over-raced and broke at Bendigo when well fancied; she’s worth another chance. VAN DOREN (3) returns to the front row and is better suited over the middle trip and can improve on recent form.
