RACE COMMENT
MY ULTIMATE FRANCO (6) wasn’t beaten far last start in fast time by Franco Nel at Albion Park. That looks clearly the standout form in this race and he is likely to go around a short priced favourite in this race despite drawing outside of the front row. MULLUM ARETHA (7) found the front last start and seemed to over race there setting a strong tempo and just getting a fraction tired late. Looks to have drawn awkwardly in this race inside the back row and will need luck at the right time to figure. FRANCS FOR COMING (3) has good early speed and may dictate the map in the early stages of the race. She trialled solidly recently at this track when not beaten too far. TWEEDY (5) made her QLD debut last start when running on well behind Keayang Moscato. Looks likely to get back again from the wide draw and can be running on late.
